We want you to be completely satisfied with your Juliette has a gun purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused fragrances in their original packaging. Please note that sample sets and discovery kits are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the unopened product in its original box. Ensure the fragrance is well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
